Please provide the reference, translation and authenticity of the following
يا أيها الناس، إني قمت فيكم كمقام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فينا فقال: أوصيكم بأصحابي، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم يفشو الكذب حتى يحلف الرجل ولا يستحلف، ويشهد الشاهد ولا يستشهد، ألا لا يخلون رجل بامرأة إلا كان ثالثهما الشيطان، عليكم بالجماعة وإياكم والفرقة فإن الشيطان مع الواحد وهو من الاثنين أبعد، من أراد بحبوحة الجنة فليلزم الجماعة، من سرته حسنته وساءته سيئته فذلك المؤمن
Answer
Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith and has declared it authentic (Hasanun Sahih).
Translation
Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) says that ‘Umar (radiyallahu ‘anhu) delivered a Khutbah to them at Al Jabiyah [a village in the Golan area near Damascus] and said: “O people, I stand among you as Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) stood among us. He [Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam)] said: ‘I order you to [follow] my companions, then those who come after them, then those who come after them. [After that] lying will become widespread until a man will take an oath without being asked to do so, and a witness will testify without being asked to testify. Behold! No man is alone with a woman except that Shaytan is the third among them. Stick to the Jama’ah [the main group of Muslims], and beware of division, for Shaytan is with the one who stands alone, and he is farther away from [a group of] two people. Whoever seeks [to attain] the middle and the best part of Jannah, then let him stick to the Jama’ah. Whoever is pleased by his good deeds and saddened by his bad deeds, then such a person is [a true] believer.’”

(٢١٦٥) – حدثنا أحمد بن منيع قال: حدثنا النضر بن إسماعيل أبو المغيرة، عن محمد بن سوقة، عن عبد الله بن دينار، عن ابن عمر قال: خطبنا عمر بالجابية فقال: يا أيها الناس، إني قمت فيكم كمقام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فينا، قال: «أوصيكم بأصحابي، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم يفشو الكذب حتى يحلف الرجل ولا يستحلف، ويشهد الشاهد ولا يستشهد. ألا لا يخلون رجل بامرأة إلا كان ثالثهما الشيطان، عليكم بالجماعة، وإياكم والفرقة، فإن الشيطان مع الواحد، وهو من الاثنين أبعد. من أراد بحبوحة الجنة: فليلزم الجماعة. من سرته حسنته وساءته سيئته: فذلكم المؤمن».
قال أبو عيسى: هذا حديث حسن صحيح غريب من هذا الوجه.
وقد رواه ابن المبارك، عن محمد بن سوقة.
وقد روي هذا الحديث من غير وجه، عن عمر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
ورواه جابر بن سمرة، وعبد الله بن الزبير، عن عمر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
