“Beware of excessive meat, for it has an addiction similar to that of wine”- ‘Umar (radiyallahu ‘anhu)

Yes, it is. This narration of Sayyiduna ‘Umar (radiyallahu ‘anhu) is recorded in Muwatta Imam Malik.
