Is it established from any Hadith that it is Sunnah to not dry the hands after washing them before eating?
Answer
I have not come across this in any Hadith.
However, the Fuqaha [Jurists] have recommended that a person should not wipe his hands after washing them before eating. It could therefore be classified as a recommended act.

قال: (وغسل اليدين قبله وبعده)، قال – عليه الصلاة والسلام -: «الوضوء قبل الطعام ينفي الفقر وبعده ينفي اللمم». والمراد بالوضوء هنا غسل اليدين، والأدب أن يبدأ بالشباب قبله وبالشيوخ بعده، ولا يمسح يده قبل الطعام بالمنديل ليكون أثر الغسل باقيا وقت الأكل، ويمسحها بعده ليزول أثر الطعام بالكلية.
