In which Hadith book can I find these exact words?
إذا كانت أول ليلة من رمضان، صفدت الشياطين، ومردة الجن، وغلقت أبواب النار، فلم يفتح منها باب، وفتحت أبواب الجنة، فلم يغلق منها باب، ونادى مناد: يا باغي الخير أقبل، ويا باغي الشر أقصر، ولله عتقاء من النار، وذلك في كل ليلة

Imam Ibn Majah (rahimahullah) has recorded these exact words.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “When the first night of Ramadan begins, the Shayatin and rebellious Jinn are chained, the doors of Jahannam are closed and none of its doors remain open, and the doors of Jannah are opened and none of its doors remain closed. A caller announces: “O seeker of good, advance. O the one seeking evil, restrain [from your evil]” And Allah Ta’ala emancipates many souls from the fire of Jahannam, and this transpires every night throughout the month of Ramadan.”
