Is there any narration in which it is mentioned whether Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) performed this Salah during a lunar eclipse in congregation or not?
The narration below mentions that the Holy Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) performed this Salah
عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ صَلَّى فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ وَالْقَمَرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ مِثْلَ صَلَاتِكُمْ
Answer
The narration you have cited does state that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) did offer two rak’ats of salah during a lunar eclipse.
However, this narration makes no mention of it being in congregation.

‘Allamah Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullah) states that there is no report which states that this salah (during a lunar eclipse) was performed in congregation (jama’ah).
A similar statement has been quoted from Imam Malik (rahimahullah).
However, some Seerah books do mention this salah being in congregation in the fifth year of Hijrah. Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) could not locate its chain though.

Note 1: My answer pertains to the lunar eclipse Salah not being in congregation. The solar eclipse Salah was indeed offered in congregation and is authentically proven.

قال أبو حاتم بن حبان في كتاب السيرة له: إن القمر خسف في السنة الخامسة، فصلّى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بأصحابه صلاة الكسوف فكانت أول صلاة في الإسلام وجزم بذلك مغلطاي في الإشارة، والعراقي في الدرر، وفي هذا ردّ على من زعم أنه لم ينقل عنه صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه صلى في كسوف القمر في جماعة كابن القيم، وعلى من زعم أنه صلى الله عليه وسلّم لم يصل في كسوف القمر كابن رشد.
فتح الباري:
(١٠٦٣) – عن أشعث بإسناده في هذا الحديث صلى في كسوف الشمس والقمر ركعتين مثل صلاتكم وأخرجه الدارقطني أيضا وفي هذا رد على من أطلق كابن رشيد أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يصل فيه ومنهم من أول قوله صلى أي أمر بالصلاة جمعا بين الروايتين وقال صاحب الهدى لم ينقل أنه صلى في كسوف القمر في جماعة لكن حكى بن حبان في السيرة له أن القمر خسف في السنة الخامسة فصلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بأصحابه صلاة الكسوف وكانت أول صلاة كسوف في الإسلام.
