Question
Is this Hadith sahih?
Sayyiduna ‘Umar (radiyallahu ‘anhu) said, “If you knew [the reward] of saying JazakAllahu khayran to your brother, you would say it more often to one another.”
Answer
Imams Ibn Wahb and Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah (rahimahumallah) have recorded this statement of Sayyiduna ‘Umar ibn Al Khattab (radiyallahu ‘anhu), with their respective chains.

This narration is suitable to quote.

(٢٧٠٥٠) – حدثنا وكيع، عن أسامة بن زيد، عن طلحة بن عبيد الله بن كريز قال: قال عمر: لو يعلم أحدكم ما له في قوله لأخيه: جزاك الله خيرا، لأكثر منها بعضكم لبعض.
