Imam Abul Muzaffar as Sam’ani (rahimahullah) has cited this statement of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu) without a chain.
Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu) said: “A woman does not worship Allah with anything better than Taqwa and remaining in her home.”
(Tafsirus Sam’ani, Surah Ahzab, Verse: 33)
Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded a similar narration as the statement of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu), while Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) has also reported it as a Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam). See here.

قوله تعالى: {وقرن في بيوتكن} وقرئ بكسر القاف؛ فقوله بالكسر من السكون والهدوء وترك الخروج. والقراءة بالنصب تحتمل هذا، وتحتمل الأمر بالوقار. وعن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه أنه قال: ما تعبدت الله امرأة بمثل تقوى الله وجلوسها في بيتها. وفي بعض الآثار، أنه قيل لسودة: ألا تخرجين كما تخرج أخواتك؟ قالت: قد حججت واعتمرت، وقد أمرني الله تعالى أن أقر في بيتي، فلا أريد أن أعصي الله تعالى، فلم تخرج من بيتها حتى أخرجت على جنازتها.
