Question
I am looking for the Hadith which states that if a woman is at the oven and her husband calls her, she should go.
Answer
Sayyiduna Talq ibn ‘Ali reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “When a man calls his wife to fulfil his [desires], she should respond even if she is [preparing food] at the oven.”
(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 1160)
Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith sound (hasanun gharib).

(١١٦٠) – حدثنا هناد قال: حدثنا ملازم بن عمرو، قال: حدثني عبد الله بن بدر، عن قيس بن طلق، عن أبيه طلق بن علي قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إذا الرجل دعا زوجته لحاجته فلتأته، وإن كانت على التنور».
هذا حديث حسن غريب.
